Pupils at St Augustine’s Primary School in Stamford took part in a day of dodgeball in aid of the British Heart Foundation.
The school ambassadors Sarah Hector and Alex Clifford, whose role is to promote sport in school by organising fun activities, ran the event.
All the year groups took part and played in mixed teams.
Every child donated a £1 towards the charity as well as sporting fancy dress.
The winning team had the chance to play a match against the teachers at the end.
Teacher Martin McHugh said: “It was a real party atmosphere. The pupils had lots of fun.”
As well as raising just under £100 for the charity, the event provided experience in leadership and helped to promote the Olympics.
