Children put on their running shoes to help break a world record.
Pupils from St Gilbert’s Primary School in Stamford joined schools across the country to try to set the highest number of people running a 100m relay over an hour-long period.
On a baking hot day a total of 145 runners took part, adding to the overall total of 2,702.
The school has successfully helped break records for skipping and hoola-hooping in the past.
Our picture shows some of the runners after the record attempt.
