A NEW children’s centre was officially opened at Wittering Primary School last week.
The centre has been at the school since the end of last year, but was officially opened this week to celebrate the its first successful six months.
The centre offers classes from Musical Minis to baby yoga and offers health advice for parents and children as well as information about applying for benefits.
Key Stage Two co-ordinator and teacher Paula Fox said: “The campus itself is completely separate from the school which is great for mums, babies and toddlers.
“We had a lot of the staff, parents and children at the opening.
“It helps in a lot of ways.”
