A Fairtrade market will be held at Oakham Castle on Saturday, November 15 from 10.30am to 3pm. It will be opened by Oakham Mayor Jane Woodcock.
There will be stalls selling fairtrade clothes and accessories, jewellery, crafts, gifts and cards as well as cakes, jams, Christmas puddings and teas.
A raffle will be held for Practical Action – a charity providing technology for developing communities - tools, water pumps and cooking stoves. High Sheriff of Rutland Miles Williamson-Noble will draw the winning prize at 2pm.
