Crowds of people flocked to be a part of the fun and excitement of a town’s annual event at the weekend.
The streets of Uppingham came alive for Uppingham Feast, which was held on Sunday.
The event was opened by the High Sheriff of Rutland Trish Ruddle and featured a host of fun and games including a continental market, arts and craft stalls, a Punch and Judy show, and fire juggling.
Their was live music provided by the Utterly Butterly Ukulele, Uppingham Soul and Jazz Band and many more acts.
The event is organised and run by Uppingham Town Partnership.
Group member and Uppingham mayor Dave Casewell said: “It was a really good day despite the weather and a great event for everybody.
“The ukulele band and children’s choir were brilliant and it was lovely to see.”
