A COWBOYS and Indians theme party was held at a care home to mark the one year anniversary of its new building opening.
More than 40 residents, staff and family members from Qu’Appelle Resident Care Home, in Harrington Street, Bourne, came together on Sunday to celebrate.
As part of the theme there were line dancers performing, a country and western sing along and the normal games, quizzes, raffle and bric-a-brac sale.
Activities coordinator Martine Gales said: “Everyone had great fun, there was a lot of laughter, particularly in the blow darts game and people got quite competitive.
“The residents really enjoyed the atmosphere and made their own head dresses and had their faces painted.”
The event raised £297 for the residents activities fund.
