An expert on archaeloigcal finds saw dozens of objects during a drop-in session at Stamford Library.

Lincolnshire’s finds liaison officer Adam Daubney was on hand to identify objects brought in by members of the public.

Library spokesman Lea Rickard said: “The day went very well. Adam saw more than 80 objects that were of interest, ranging from Roman coins to a medieval buckle from a site which had not been recorded before.”

Mr Daubney will host another finds day at the library on October 29.
