THE Fox and Hounds pub at Exton held a royal wedding garden party and villagers flocked to the venue to watch Catherine Middleton walk down the aisle.
Landlords Sandra and Valter Floris provided a buffet and refreshments but people took their own food and drink to share.
Sandra, 45, had even gone to the lengths of buying masks to represent each member of the royal family. She said: “We are looking forward to a lovely celebration of a happy event.
“We really want people to enjoy themselves and we know the village will turn out and support us.”
Among the villagers that was outside watching the wedding on a large television was Lindsay Berry, 52, of High Street, Exton. He said: “I’ve come today because it is a wonderful occasion.
“The pub has gone to a lot of trouble to lay on an exciting day and I think people in the village need to support it.”
