A team of gym staff took on a gruelling assault course.
The group from Catmose Sports Centre in Oakham were among thousands of competitors in Tough Mudder at Boughton House near Kettering on Saturday.
Fitness manager Mike Davenport said: “What a great day, although part of me wishes it was raining a little bit. You can never have enough mud! Everyone had such a good time and it was a first-time event for most.
“Jumping in icy water and being shocked with electricity was just too tempting to miss, and didn’t disappoint.
“A huge team effort of encouragement, motivation, fun and personal challenges with a massive dose of achievement chucked in for good measure. The prize of an orange headband and joining the ‘mudder legion’ is a status to be worthy of.”
