Health specialist to hold one-off breathing session in Oakham
A health specialist is set to hold a one-off help session for those who suffer from breathing problems.
Simon Paddon, who is an expert in Buteyko breathing rehabilitation, will be running a two-hour session on Tuesday, January 22, at 6.30pm, at the Rutland Adult Learning Centre in Huntsman Drive, Oakham.
Sufferers of asthma, panic, anxiety, bronchial problems, sleep apnoea, chronic fatigue and any other form of breathing related disorder are encouraged to attend.
