Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust’s flu fighting team, which serves Rutland, is up for a national award.
The team vaccinated 2,360 frontline NHS staff, protecting themselves and patients from the virus.
The team will find out if they have won the national flu fighter team of the year award at a ceremony run by NHS employers later this month.
