VOLUNTEERS have been thanked for their contribution to health services.

The Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, which provides care for people with mental health problems, has given out special certificates to 100 people who give up their time to help service users.

The certificates were given out as part of Volunteers Week at the start of the month.

Trust volunteer services manager, Rob Kendrick, said: “We wanted to show our appreciation as our volunteers make such a positive difference to the lives of service users and make a significant contribution to trust services.”
