LABOUR councillors on South Kesteven District Council are urging residents to join a campaign to stop the Governments plans to radically transform our NHS.

The councillors say an NHS bill will cost £2bn to implement and includes plans to “ration patient care” and remove national standards.

Coun Charmaine Morgan, chair of the labour group, said: “As Stamford and Grantham grow under council proposals it is all the more important we have access to good quality local health services.”
