More men have been growing moustaches to raise money for cancer charities.

Edenham Primary School teacher James Shore lead an effort to raise money for men’s cancer charities by encouraging men to grow facial hair for the Movember scheme.

So far £330 has been collected, with more coming in.

And staff at Rutland housing association Spire Homes took part and between them raised more than £1,000.

Team captain Jody Brooker said: “The team has done a fantastic job.”
