A special course which teaches children from across the county about courtesy and respect using medieval chivalry is in the running for £3,000 .

Knight School Rutland is battling against Oakham All Saints Scouts, Belvoir Castle Cricket Trust and Melton Mowbray Cricket Club for the money, which is being offered by the Oakham and Melton branches of Lloyds Bank. The two groups with the most votes will each get £3,000 and the other two will get £300.

Knight School chairman Bob Wallace, pictured above with volunteer Bridgette Tan, who works at the bank in Oakham, is now calling on people to vote for it.
