PEOPLE left a trial laughter yoga session feeling more positive about life.

Linda Nightingale, a trained occupational therapist, launched her new laughter yoga with a trial session at Wake House in North Street, Bourne, on Saturday.

The aim of the session was to teach people to be able to laugh at nothing, which enables them to have a more positive outlook on life.

Linda said she was delighted that about 15 people attended and many more showed an interest in attending future sessions but couldn’t make it on Saturday.

She said: “It went really well and there was lots of enthusiasm. It really does benefit people of different ages and I had some great feedback.”

Linda is planning to hold a few more trial sessions at different times of the day to see what support there is.
