Anglian Water keeps customer consultation open for another two weeks

A water supplier is giving its customers another two weeks to have their say on how the company spends their money.

Anglian Water, which serves parts of the area, launched its biggest ever customer consultation in January, Discover, Discuss, Decide, and people now have until March 24 to register their views.

The consultation asks customers how they think the company should keep bills fair and affordable while tackling challenges like population growth and climate change.

Martyn Oakley, Anglian Water’s customer services director, said: “The consultation was due to close at the end of this week, but the number of customers taking part is still high and its clear that many more want to have their say. We want to make sure they all get the chance, so we’ve decided to keep the consultation open until March 24.”
