Being awarded an I’m Two status means staff at Headstart Nursery in Bourn can better help two and three year old children in their care.
Awarded by the Birth to Five Service, a nationally recognised body offering a range of skills, expertise and experience across the early years sector, it will help staff at the nursery to “encourage imagination and creativity” in toddlers.
Nursery manager Megan Davies, said: “It’s about stimulating them through learning and providing a home from home environment.
“We teach them about smells and touch and use real food in our own kitchen to help them learn about taste.”
