Car fire causes road closure near Wothorpe
A car caught fire after being involved in an accident with another vehicle travelling northbound on the A1 on Monday.
Fire services from Stamford, Dogsthorpe and Stanground were called to the scene near Wothorpe at 4.40pm to extinguish the blaze.
No one was trapped. One person was treated by ambulance services.
The A1 northbound was closed for about two hours.
