Christmas couple bring smiles to village
A couple known as ‘Mr and Mrs Christmas’ to their neighbours are ready to celebrate the festive season in style.
Lynda and Nicholas Bellairs have put up their very own nativity scene outside their house in Parkfield Road, Ryhall, as well as lights and wreaths, and the decorations have attracted much interest from passers-by.
Lynda, 65, said: “We’ve been collecting the decorations for 25 years and we love to see children from the village smiling as they walk past. Our neighbours call us Mr and Mrs Christmas because we put out the decorations each year and really enjoy it.”
