Give a greyhound a home

Lincolnshire Greyhound Trust rehomed 131 greyhounds last year.

Some 10,000 greyhounds retire from racing each year. All the dogs rehomed are neutered, vaccinated and treated for fleas, ticks and worms. Kev Stow from the charity said: “Greyhounds make great pets. They are a gentle, lovable breed and only need two 20 minute walks a day.” The charity provides a back up service for rehomed dogs.

Anyone who can help or provide a home for a retired greyhound should call Kev or Mandy on 01522 569825 or 0794 131 3025.
