Keeping rogue traders at bay
An estate in Uppingham is set to become a “no cold calling zone” to protect its residents from unsolicited callers at the door.
Signs are set to be put up in The Beeches next week at the entrance to the estate, advising traders of the new regulations.
The zone will be trading standards officers and Rutland County Council, working with police in the county.
