Memorial rugby match to be played in Bourne
A memorial rugby match for two soldiers who died in Iraq is taking place in Bourne on Saturday.
After three years of away games Bourne Rugby Club is hosting the annual memorial game to remember Pte Joseva Lewaicei and Pte Adam Morris of C Company, Second Battalion the Royal Anglian Regiment, at Milking Nook Drove.
A pitch side memorial service will be held by the Reverend Andy Hawes at 1.30pm ahead of a toast to the two players being remembered.
Kick off is at 1.50pm. Refreshments will available throughout the day and a raffle will be held for The Royal Anglian Benelovent Fund to help injured soldiers and their families.
