PICTURES: New CCTV images of murder probe suspect

POLICE investigating the murder of Alan Wood say a new CCTV image is the clearest yet of the suspect.

Officers have been examining thousands of hours of footage since Mr Wood, 50, of Lound, was murdered in October.

Images have been released of a man who used Mr Wood's bank cards in Stamford and Bourne in the days following the murder.

Police have now found a head-on shot of the man with his face partially covered by a scarf and say the image is by far the best they have found. It was captured in North Street, Bourne.

A 10,000 reward offered by Mr Wood's employer Sainsbury's has now been matched by Crimestoppers, giving a total of 20,000 for information leading to an arrest and conviction.
