An applications architect for computer technology company Oracle has had a second book published.

Richard Bingham, pictured right, has written Tuning Tips and Techniques for the E-Business Suite 12, a series of integrated global business applications designed to enable organisations to make better decisions, reduce costs and increase performance.

The 432-page paperback manual complements his first book - Managing Oracle Fusion Applications which came out in 2011. He spent eight months writing each book in his spare time.

Richard, who is 40 and lives in Burley Road, Cottesmore joined Oracle in 1999 and works in the developer relations team. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Management and an assessor for the UK Institute of Customer Services, awarding professional certificates to a wide range of organisations.

The book’s recommended retail price is £32.99 and the publisher is McGraw Hill Osborne.
