Rutland is in ‘top 50’ list of best places to live in UK
Rutland is one of the best 50 places to live in the UK, according to the seventh annual Halifax Quality of Life survey.
The county is placed at number 36 and is one of only six places in the top 50 outside the south.
The survey judges a range of factors including health, life expectancy, earnings, employment and crime rate.
