A former business leader has released his first novel under a pen name.
Tim Lee, who until June was president of Stamford Chamber of Trade and Commerce, released The Novelista last month.
Set in Spain, it follows travel writer Matthew as he gets caught up in the world of international espionage.
Mr Lee has published the book under the pen name Banham David, which is made up of two of his middle names. He said: “Matthew is basically a clueless amateur who gets involved in the spook world.”
Mr Lee will sign copies of his book at Walkers Bookshop in High Street, Stamford, tomorrow. The book is also on sale at www.amazon.co.uk.
