Traditional fun for all the family
A VILLAGE green came to life with traditional family fun on Saturday when Barrowden hosted its summer fete.
Customers at the Exeter Arms looked on as people flocked to the marquees packed with stalls, games and competitions. There was also a fun dog show and entertainment by the Rutland Big Band.
Proceeds are still being counted but all money raised will be split between St Peter’s Church and the Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Rutland Air Ambulance.
