A trial date has been set for four men charged with attempted robbery after a raid at an antiques centre.
The men aged 19, 24, 26 and 26, are also charged with possession of an offensive weapon, following the incident at Rutland Antiques Centre in Uppingham on April 19. The 24-year-old was also charged with two counts of handling stolen goods.
They all appeared at Leicester Crown Court yesterday (Tuesday) for a preliminary hearing. They will next appear in court on July 25 and a trial date of September 22 has been set. They were remanded into custody.
