Police have been busy dealing with a number of burglaries and incidents of criminal damage.
Four tyres on one car were slashed in West Road, Oakham, between 8pm on Tuesday and 11am on Wednesday last week. Oakham police community support officer Martin Clarke said: “I would like to appeal to anyone who has seen anything suspicious in the area of West Road, Oakham during late Tuesday night or the early hours of Wednesday morning.
“This incident has caused a great deal of inconvenience to the owner of the car, and if you have any information please get in touch.”

Two vehicles in Rosemary Avenue, Market Deeping, were damaged between 1.30am and 2am yesterday (Sunday). Two men were seen in the area at the time. Incident 53 of July 6.
The front door of a home in York Road, Stamford, was damaged at about 3.30am yesterday. Police believe two men did the damage. Incident 195 of July 6.
The front window of a restaurant in Scotgate, Stamford, was damaged between 1am and 10am yesterday. Incident 214 of July 6.
Thieves broke into a shed at Bourne Cricket Club in Abbey Road on Friday night. Nothing has yet been reported missing. Incident 101 of July 5.
And a black Ford Focus was damaged in George Street, Bourne, on the night of Wednesday night last week. Vandals left deep scratches along one side. Incident 53 of July 3.
The next Market Deeping and District Neighbourhood Panel meeting will take place at 7pm on Monday, July 14, at the Open Door Church in Spalding Road, Deeping St James. The first half hour will be a public open forum.
