Windmill for sale on eBay
A LISTED windmill and its adjacent house are up for sale on auction website eBay.
The Grade II listed smock windmill, which is in Main Road, Dyke, is currently being auctioned through the popular website. It is a 150-year-old windmill, which was rebuilt in Dyke in the late 1990s, having originally been moved from Deeping Fen. It is the county's only surviving smock mill. It is called a smock mill because it is made from brick and wood.
It is being sold along with a three-bedroom house and a workshop, which is currently being used as a workshop. The house and workshop is not listed.
The starting price for the auction is 380,000 and bidding is due to end on Sunday evening.
The Mercury tried to contact the owners, who were unwilling to talk about the sale.
