Woman injured after crash on A606 in Oakham

A woman has been taken to hospital after her car crashed.

The accident happened on the A606 in Oakham near the Uppingham Road junction at about 7.30am today (Monday).

Police are at the scene and the woman has been taken to hospital in an ambulance.

Her injuries are not thought to be serious.

Police have not released any more details.
