Farm visitors have been excited to see some cute new arrivals in recent weeks.
A sow, nine piglets and two calves are making their new home at Sacrewell Farm and Country Centre near Thornaugh.
The British lop pig and her litter arrived on Wednesday from Kim and Barry Arden’s Goose-Tree Herd in Coates.
And the young heifer calves arrived from a neighbouring farm last month.
The Jersey calf has been named Caramel because of her colouring, while the Hereford cross is called Cleo because of the markings around her eyes.
Marketing and communications officer at the farm Megan Horner said: “The arrival of the pigs was long looked forward to by staff at the farm.
“The fact that we have been lucky enough to source such a rare breed of pig only adds to the appeal of Sacrewell.”
