A new infant massage class has started.

The sessions are being run by Sue Stanley, of BodyWorks, Holistic and Massage Therapies, based at Style House in Baston.

Infant massage allows parents relaxing one-to-one time with their baby and may help with colic, teething, constipation and wind.

Sue said the classes help build a bond between parents and child and provided mums and dads with a great way to meet new
people.

Classes take place at The Barn at the Brudenell Playing Fields in Baston on Fridays at 10am and run for five weeks.

Sue’s first class attracted mums from Baston and Bourne.

Details of when the next course begins can be found at www.bodyworks.me.uk
