A fundraiser will hold her annual bring and buy cake stall next weekend.

Yvette Nicolle-Anderiesz will host the stall at the Oakham Buttercross from 8.30am to 2pm on Saturday, September 27, in aid of the children of South Sudan and Syria. She said: “These children are chemicalized, persecuted, starved, tortured by the day and the present situation is catastrophic. Medecins Sans Frontieres needs the funds urgently.”

Yvette has appealed for personal help on the stall. Donations of cakes, jams, sweets, chutneys pickles will be appreciated. She added: “This charity stall is only held twice or three times a year when funds are desperately needed. Please help in any way you can. Donations can be collected if you so wish or please bring them on the day to the charity stall.”
