RETIRED builder and stone mason, Frederick Durrant, of Orchard Close, Stamford, died at Peterborough City Hospital, aged 82.
He was the son of Frederick and Mabel Durrant and enjoyed fishing and a daily ‘flutter’ on the horses. The funeral service took place at All Saints’ Church, Stamford.
Widower of Joan Durrant, who died in 2004, he leaves his children, Jennifer, Andrew, John, Mark, Brian, Paul and Christopher.
