The owner of Stamford Cupcake Company has confirmed the business has not been affected by a fire which broke out on Monday.
Emergency services were called to George Farm off London Road near Burghley Park Golf Club, at about 10am.
The fire destroyed most the kitchen in the house on the site but the bakery at Stamford Cupcake Company is run from a separate building on the farm and has not been affected.
Owner Barbara Farrow, 49, has confirmed the business in open as usual and is taking orders from customers.

The farm is owned by Burghley Estates.
Barbara was taken to Peterborough City Hospital via ambulance to be treated for smoke inhalation.
Her husband David was working out on the farm when he got the call from Barbara informing him about the blaze, which is believed to have started due to a faulty toaster.
David, 55, said: “I rushed back from the yard when Barbara called me.
“I think most of the kitchen has been written off.
“There was smoke everywhere we had been advised not to go back in.
“Barbara suffers from asthma but she’s only been taken to hospital as a precaution.”
