THE Bourne and Billingborough Neighbourhood Policing Panel’s quarterly meeting was well attended by members of the public.
During the meeting, held on Thursday last week at Morton village hall, various issues of concern were put forward by those attending.
Policing priorities for the coming three months were confirmed as anti-social behaviour in Morton in the areas of Millfield Road, The Crescent, post office, village hall and school between 3:30pm to midnight and anti social behaviour in the recreational area of the Abbey Lawn in Bourne between 4pm and 10pm on weekdays and from 10am and 10pm on the weekends.
Lincolnshire County Councillor Sue Woolley (Con), who represents Bourne Abbey Ward, said: “I was pleased to see such a good turnout which resulted in a number of actions for the panel to take forward.
“We are fortunate to have a very good neighbourhood policing team who I know have the interests of the local community at heart.”
