PLANS to build five homes in a village could be given the go-ahead.

Seagate Homes has applied to build the properties at 28 Main Street, Baston.

Outline permission for the development was granted by South Kesteven District Council in October.

The council’s development control committee will discuss the reserved matters application, which gives full details of the proposed homes, on Tuesday.

Planning officers have recommended that councillors approve the plans.

Access to the new homes would be via a lane from Aveland Way.
