THE third phase of a 300-home development is to be considered by councillors.
Persimmon Homes has submitted an outline planning application for 85 homes on land next to the Godsey Lane Tesco store in Market Deeping to South Kesteven District Council.
Councillors will consider the plans, which form part of a wider 300-home development, on Tuesday. Planning officers have recommended the application be approved.
A report to councillors says the plans form a logical conclusion to the larger site and are in line with national planning policy.
The report says the site is also close to shops, schools and health services.
Market Deeping Town Council opposes the plans.
