Rutland County Council to explain changes to voting system

Election news.

Election news.

Everyone in Rutland will soon receive a letter that explains major changes to the voting system.

Rutland County Council is responsible for making sure that everyone who wants to vote is eligible to do so, but new rules that apply across the country mean that individuals are responsible for registering themselves, rather than one form being completed for the entire household.

If you don’t receive a letter by the end of the month call 01572 722577 or e-mail elections@rutland.gov.uk for more information.
