An election may be held to fill a district council seat after a councillor resigned.
Coun Debbie Wren (Con) has stepped down from her role as South Kesteven district councillor for the Aveland ward, which covers the area around Rippingale, Aslackby and Pointon.
A by-election to fill her seat will be held if at least two district residents who are eligible to vote request one.
Coun Wren decided to step down due to work commitments. She was first elected in May 2011.
