A school girl from Uppingham has won a set of Olympic knitted dolls in a charity raffle.
Chris Menzies, who owns Altered Images in Mill Street, Oakham, and her friend Gill Hyde, of Oakham, created the sporty dolls to mark the Olympic torch coming through Oakham.
The friends created five dolls over two weeks, each to look like a famous Olympian, including Usain Bolt.
Eleven year old Katie Marshall was the lucky winner. The proceeds from the raffle benefited the Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Rutland Air Ambulance.
