RED, white and blue was the theme of the diamond jubilee celebrations at William Hildyard Primary School in Market Deeping.
Pupils all dressed in the colours today (Friday) and some even wore red wigs and Union flags. They all watched a DVD of the Queen’s coronation and sang God Save the Queen.
All the pupils also played traditional games and had street party.
Headteacher Fiona Griffiths thanked teachers Rosie Porter and Sue Ruddy for organising such a fantastic day.
She said: “It has been a very memorable day for all the pupils to celebrate 60 years of the Queen’s reign.”
