YOUNG twitchers have been having taking part in a bird survey.
Years 3 and 4 pupils from St Augustine’s School in Stamford have been supporting the RSPB bird watch.
Youngsters have learnt to identify common birds in class.
They have been heading out each morning this week to feed the birds before counting the different types.
The figures will be sent to the RSPB.
Teacher Martin McHugh said: “They absolutely love it.”
