More than 1,000 people braved downpours of rain to enjoy a range of family fun at Burghley Park on Sunday to raise money for charity.

Andrea and Paul Scholes, of Kesteven Road, Stamford, organised the event as part of their goal to raise £10,000 for the Histiocytosis Research Trust in memory of their son Oliver, who died last year aged two.
