Stamford camera club to help Great Ormond Street Hospital appeal

A camera club will be holding a charity exhibition.

Stamford’s DSLR Learning’s Camera Club will be holding the exhibition of its members’ photography work on Saturday, July 20, at Mama Liz’s in North Street, Stamford, between 2.30pm and 4.30pm.

The exhibition will raise money for The Connor Wright Schwachman-Diamond Project, part of Great Ormond Street Hospital. The project raises funds to find a cure for children’s genetic condition Shwachman-Diamond Syndrome, as well as raising awareness.

It is a rare, complex disease affecting the pancreas, bone marrow and skeleton.

Entry to the exhibition is free but donations will be taken for the cause.
