MEMBERS of a church have raised more than £200 for charity.
Volunteers at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Stamford held a stall at Stamford Market in aid of children’s charity HCPT The Pilgrimage Trust.
A range of goods were sold at the event, including homemade cakes, CDs and DVDs. The members chose to raise money for the charity because of the work it does in supporting children with disabilities. It regularly takes children on holidays on the basis of their medical and social needs.
