A CIVIC society is appealing for more responses to future uses for a church.
Stamford Civic Society put out an appeal for groups in the town to come up with suggestions of how St John’s Church could be used in the future.
So far the group has received a handful of responses but is calling on the groups and societies in the town to send in more.
Stamford Civic Society was asked by the Churches Conservation Trust to come up with a business plan for the future uses of the church, which is now rarely used for religious services.
Society chairman Gwyneth Gibbs said: “We are still interested in hearing from people.”
