PEOPLE swapping their unwanted items raised £250 for charity.
Ketton Eco Group organised the annual swap shop event at Ketton Methodist Church hall on Saturday morning. More than 100 people attended and were allowed to swap up to 10 items.
There was also stalls selling cakes and preserves.
The money raised from the stalls and the admission fee will go to Excellent Development, a charity which works to set up schemes in disadvantaged villages in Africa.
Group co-ordinator Margiaretta Lewin said: “The hall was absolutely packed and there was definitely over 100 people.
“We raised more money than we did last year, which we were all really pleased about. It’s for a worthwhile charity.
“It was a good morning and I think everyone enjoyed themselves.”
